soccer story lead
Shooting goals, dirty cleats, and victories being made, the soccer season for both boys and girls has started for the school year. Soccer tryouts were held the week after Thanksgiving break. Both teams have new and old players joining again, they're also looking to improve and have a better season this year.

infographics
Info graphics are important to newspaper because they show data but in a way that you can see it in a visual way. It makes it easier to see data since it's right there for you to look at rather than having to read it and try to picture it all in your head. It helps you understand data better.
Graphs, charts, and diagrams are all info graphics, they help you also interpret what a story is trying to say but in an easier and better way. It is also like details shown that weren't included in the story but should be acknowledged. I think they draw you in to a story better too because you want to know why the chart was made and thats what a story tells about.
